Expanded Biography of Ralph L. Evans
Mr. Evans practices in the areas of real estate, corporate and business, estate planning, probate, litigation, and eminent domain/land use. His real estate practice consists of representation of both buyers and sellers, in commercial and residential transactions including preparing contracts for both unimproved and improved properties, along with contracts for the construction of real estate. Mr. Evans represents many local land developers and prepares declarations of covenants and restrictions for subdivisions, as well as assists with re-zoning.
His business law practice includes the creation of new entities, including corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships; preparation of shareholder, stockholder and operating agreements, preparation of contracts for purchase and sale of corporate stock and membership shares; and on-going maintenance of corporate records.
Ralph L. Evans has an extensive estate planning practice preparing powers of attorney, health care surrogates, and both simple and more complex last wills and testaments. He also has experience in preparing trust agreements of all types, including revocable, irrevocable, insurance, generation skipping, and credit shelter trusts. His probate practice consists of administering summary, family, and formal administrations, as well as administrating trust agreements.
Mr. Evans represents both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations in litigation. He also has vast experience and has been very successful in negotiating with both the County and Department of Transportation with regard to eminent domain issues.
